Since visiting Kirsty on a regular basis around 6 months ago for energy healing, my life has transformed.
I had a lot to work through.. I was very stuck with fear, self doubt and also hiding my truth to the world. I knew I had a creative side and that my dream wasn’t my reality but I found it very hard to move past that. I have now learnt to listen to my soul and intuition.
Kirsty has truly helped me shift so many energetic blocks, helped me understand who I am and how to release the fear and self doubt through sessions with her.
I know if I am having a sense of self doubt that I can contact Kirsty for reassurance and advice. The 1:1 doesn’t stop once I leave my energy session, it continues with book recommendations, crystals that can help me and practises I can do at home.

I had the most incredible reiki sessions with Kirsty. I’d had a couple of reiki sessions before where I didn’t feel a thing but really wanted to give it another go as I’ve heard so many positive things. I am SO glad I booked in with Kirsty, she made me feel so welcome and relaxed the minute I stepped through the door, she’s so lovely and I felt so safe. I took my crystals with me and she went through these with me and how best to use them. The actual reiki session was absolutely amazing, I can’t describe the feeling but it was so surreal and afterwards both me and Kirsty described the same images I was seeing in my mind during the session - MADNESS! I left feeling so calm, clear and positive. I wish I could book in every month just to feel that “zen” again. I would recommended Kirsty to anyone looking to have reiki because she’s amazing and such a beautiful soul
