MY MISSION
I am an energy healer that dedicates my spiritual practices to support you throughout your journey to heal, grow and release you from what is no longer serving you.
I help remove stuck and stagnant energy from your energy field so you can step into a new path full of alignment.
Everything in this universe is energy. We are all made up of vibrational frequency that radiates from our energy field and chakra system. When there is a disturbance to your energy field it creates an imbalance. Once we identify the root of the disturbance and where in the body the imbalance is, we can start to focus on healing the energy to bring it back to alignment and harmony.

I had the most incredible reiki session with Kirsty. I’d had a couple of reiki sessions before where I didn’t feel a thing but really wanted to give it another go as I’ve heard so many positive things. I am SO glad I booked in with Kirsty, she made me feel so welcome and relaxed the minute I stepped through the door, she’s so lovely and I felt so safe. I took my crystals with me and she went through these with me and how best to use them. The actual reiki session was absolutely amazing, I can’t describe the feeling but it was so surreal and afterwards both me and Kirsty described the same images I was seeing in my mind during the session - MADNESS! I left feeling so calm, clear and positive. I wish I could book in every month just to feel that “zen” again.
